- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Awful service, they couldn't find my address bang on Westheimer road. Mine is a townhall community with each unit having it's own house number yet they kept updating my status as 'Incomplete address due to missing apartment number'. When I called them to explain the situation, they said that the package would be delivered as soon as it is located. Next the status was updated as ' Package was delivered but there was no one at home, hence returned' (although my wife was at home). When I called them and asked them to just leave the package in my patio they agreed to do so, however the next day the status was again updated as 'Incomplete address due to missing apt no.'. What the.... How is it even possible??? I am utterly disgusted, it all makes no sense whatsoever. :(By Kulbir Khadka, October 18, 2016
