- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have used this company for years. I have opened and paid off thousands dollars of loans. I went in the Stafford office last night to open a new loan and was treated like a dead beat. I have them my information. They told me that they needed a Bill with my address. I brought them my bank statement. They told me that this was not good enough. I then ghave them my insurance statement. The manager still wanted me to provide more proof of address. I told him that I have dealt with World Finance for over 10 years. You can see on my credit report that I have 10 or more loans over the years with no problems. He told me in a smirk way " we appreciate it". I got offended and told him that he was making this too hard on a loyal customer. He then told me " we told you everything you needed to bring". I told him that I brought what you told me and you keep changing what you need. He then said " you should have called up here first". I told him that I wasted my time coming back to this place. I will never use World Finance ever again. They do not care about their customers.By Bill Womble, August 23, 2017
